In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

The Thang:
We started off with a quick count and divided into two squads. Each squad was given a light devised as a beacon. Ww took an easy mosey out to the hill and each team was to place their beacon in the snow somewhere at the bottom of the hill. We then had to “buy in” with 5 or 10 reps of an exercise. Then proceed up the hill where each team nominated one pax to sled down in an attempt to hit the beacon. If successful, fewer reps of an assigned exercise. Miss the beacon and you double the reps. All teammates sled down after initial pax sledded down.
Rinse and repeto X 3 with varying twists and exercises.
