BUZZ
Counting game based on the number 7. One rep of an exercise on each number. One rep of the second exercise on the word Buzz.
Buzz is a game with rules where you have to know your times tables. Not only do you have to do the physical work, but the mental as well.
Today, we learned that we have forgotten a lot since elementary school. We had difficulty getting past 22 for some reason. Once pressure was put on the PAX to get to a certain number or we would do a harder exercise the boys finally got up to 60 something. Proud life achievement moment for some, I think.
