In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

It’s Friday morning, the 300th day of 2023, and our AW Generals open the post season by hosting the Spartans from Start High School this evening. So, we beat it down in their honor this morning.
We assembled into two teams at the base of the hill and competed in three rounds of two exercises followed by a run of varying routes.
Round one: all pax complete 25 Cliff Hanger Merkins then 75 BBSU. when all reps are completed the team runs up the hill and back down. Hold plank when all members return a winner is declared.
Round 2: 25 Lt. Dan each pax; 75 American Hammers then run up hill and crawl bear down.
Round 3: 50 Hillbilly Walkers ; 50 Bobby Hurleys followed by a run up the hill and a descent down the Rabbit Hole.
We ended with 300 reps and 6 trips up the hill and back.
