In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

We began with a little Indian Run mosey to the base of the sledding hill. Once again, I decided to throw shade at IPC and developed a beatdown using only exercises that begin with the letters ‘I, P and C”.
Once we arrived at the base of the hill, I had pax break up into groups of three. We then performed a set number of reps of and I, a P and a C exercise before traversing up the hill and back. Those who returned early held plank or Al Gore until the 6 returned.
