In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

Set #1:
Teams of 3
Person 1 started at top of hill, Person 2 and 3 at bottom.
On “go” Person 1 started with 30 merkins, Person 2 started with 10 burpees. Once Person 2 was done, they ran to top of hill and Person 3 started with their 10 burpees. Person 2 gave high five to Person 1, Person 1 ran down hill. Everyone stayed at their “post” until they got a high five from their teammate. While waiting, we rested or were in plank position. It was a constant rotation: 10 burpees at bottom, run up hill, 30 merkins.
4 Rounds per team, 2 uphill runs were backwards.
Set #2:
Person 1 started at top of hill to do 250 BBSUs. Person 2 and 3 did a combined 25 merkins and joined Person 1 at top of hill to get a combined 250 BBSUs.
