We did windmills to warm up, a count-o-rama, and 5 Kraken burpees to get ready for more burpees.
We then ran to the hill and then proceeded to go up the hill do burpees, go down the hill and do burpees and then we just basically repeated that format till time was up. It was a fantastic morning!
We finished with a COT and the day was punched in the face!
