In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

February 3 is the 45th day of winter with 45 days until spring. We began with a mosey to the base of the hill where we performed some cadence warm up work which included: Arnold Palmers, High knees, butt kickers, Frankensteins, shuffle, karaeoke, sprints.
Next we ran up the hill and performed 23 each of Freddy Mercuries, Merkins, Bonnie Blaires, and then returned down the stairs and repeato.
