The Thang:
Kept it simple:
5 stair repeats with 5 burpees at the top of each stair climb. After 5 stair climbs, bear crawl the hill and crawl bear back down.
Rinse and Repeat!

The BD was good and terrible, just as I had hoped.
Weather was beautiful as we celebrated 2 significant birthdays in my world. The first was John Oates (of Hall & Oates) as he turned 76 (triple respect) the second and perhaps more significant of Bdays, my eldest daughter, the intelligent and strong Maggie Rose 🫶🏼 turned 15. This marks 15 amazing years of me being a parent (#goatdad 💪🏼).
A special “long distance” dedication shout out was dedicated to Geppetto via the carefully crafted playlist (Hall and Oates of course) and a request for Blind Melon was heard as well. I also played a special tune for Photon my BROton… Some Taylor Swift, cause what’s a BD with out a little T-Swizzle 🫶🏼.
