The Pump Station is our newest AO. We meet at Hood Park in Perrysburg on Sundays for a fun beatdown. Hill, stairs, the main drag in Perrysburg are all options on the table for something to do. Currently our only Sunday option.

Warmed up with some SSH and windmills then took a little mosey with our blocks to the bottom of the hill. We did different block work exercises (some cadence/some oyo). There was an attempt to teach boxing combos in an effort to pay tribute to Carl Weathers. However, that’ll be another day. We payed tribute by listening to the Rocky IV soundtrack and doing some hard things.
