The Pump Station is our newest AO. We meet at Hood Park in Perrysburg on Sundays for a fun beatdown. Hill, stairs, the main drag in Perrysburg are all options on the table for something to do. Currently our only Sunday option.

10 burpees(run 20 yards)
20 BBS, American Hammers, Crunchy Frogs, Gas Pumpers(run 40 yards)
30 Bonnie Blair’s, Monkey Humpers, Hilly Billy Walkers(run 60 yards)
40 Squat Thrusts, KBS(run 80 yards)
100 Curls as one(run 100 yards)
To move to the next exercise you have to correctly guess the color of the next card. If you got it right, you moved on, if you got it wrong you did 10 burpees and then ran and repeated the card.
1 group finished just in time for all of us to join in the gift of 100 curls…it was not enough
