The Thang
One station of three core exercises at the top of the stairs. One station of six arms and chest exercises at bottom of hill. Take turns like a relay race. One pax runs up the stairs and relieves the pax doing core exercises. That relieved Paz runs down the hill to relieve the pax doing arms and chest exercises. That pax runs up the stairs. Repeato!
