The Thang:
In honor of the greatest player to ever wear number 12, Terry Bradsahw, we did 12’s. There were two rounds with 16 total exercises. Pax started at one end of the field and did 11 of each of the exercises. When they were done they ran to the other side of the field and did 1 each of the exercises there. They then ran back and did 10 and 2, then 9 and 3 and so on.
When they completed round 1 we went on to round 2. The rounds consisted of:
