Warmed up with dynamic stretching and a lap around the library. Hold the tire chains as long as possible. Other Pax did Lt. Dans and speed bag with kicks
Ran another lap
Pull the chains as far as possible while other PAX cheer you on. Did this twice to try to beat your first distance. All PAX went further the second time.
