F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership
Principles of F3:
• It must be free of charge
• It must be open to all men
• It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

The Thang:
• Start with 21’s with a 5 Burpee penalty if we don’t finish in sync
o Lonzo decided to forget how to count (maybe on purpose) and caused us to repeat this exercise and penalties four times
Huckleberry was ready to count out loud for him by the fourth round
• Dodecagon:
o PAX gathers in a circle. First in circle rolls the dodecagon. PAX completes the reps and exercise that it lands on.
o Complete a set of Motivators after each round.
Start with 10 to 1 after first round, then 9 to 1 after second round, etc.
o Repeato, but add a multiplier for round.
Second time go around the circle = second round = exercise that is rolled x2, etc.
o We made it through four full rounds.
