Warmups: chain breaker, windmills, side straddle hops, mosey
The work: a shuttle run style workout
Round 1: 5 BBS every time you come back to the base cone. Run to the different cones and do 4/8/12 reps of Burpees. Coming back to the base cone in between
Round 2: monkey Humpers and dry socks
Round 3: American hammers and lt dans
Ended with 20 flutter kicks and a circle merkin to 60.
