We broke into two teams and started right away. At each stop was a certain exercises that had to be complete before moving to the next one(mainly burpees)
For confidentiality purposes the locations will not be disclosed because we will obviously be reusing this one. But let it be said that there were public monkey humpers…
Ended with the COT AND NOR and of course some ice cream!
