Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Our workouts:
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
The Warm-Up:
Jog Around the parking Lot, Side Straddle Hops (25), Oldman Windmills (10), and Random Arm Stretches.
The Beatdown: (Split into 2 Teams)
Draw a Ball and go to the Station and do the Activity Indicated.

A Cariocas 1 Round Trip
B Sprints 1 Round Trips
C Indian Run Around the Stations 1 Round Trip
Station #2
A Merkins 30 Reps
B Pivot Jump Shots 30 Reps
C Imperial Walk Squats (1 is 1) 30 Reps
Station #3
A Kettle Block Swings 15 Reps
B Curls Press 20 Reps
C Man Makers 12 Reps
Halftime Show: Squat to Jump to the Beastie Boys ‘Girls’ followed by AC/DC’s ‘Thunderstruck’ where we started with Plank to Merkin and ended with Side Straddle Hops to Burpees.
Finished up with a Final Round and Ended in the Circle of Trust.
COT: Did the Count-O-Rama / Name-O-Rama. Photon was the Six. He is names appropriately since he always brings the energy and lifts up other PAX by example and with his encouragement. A definite HIM!! We ended with announcements followed with Prayer.
