It’s the day before Thanksgiving so 7 PAX gathered around the picnic tables (Thanksgiving picnic style) and for the first round we went around specifying a date in time we’re thankful for, added numbers together and did those reps of a PAX chosen exercise. Second round was the same, just a different date in time. Third round was something we’re thankful for in 2023 and a subsequent PAX chosen exercise and rep count. After each round, we did a mosey to the end of the parking lot and back. It was a full body beatdown. One that hopefully made each PAX more thankful 👊🏼
