11 men gathered on a rather warm fall morning to do a full court press beatdown on the tennis court at mighty Grantland AO. The workout consisted of a movement across the width of 5 courts with an exercise at each baseline and center line of the courts. The inchworm groiner paired with monkey jumpers was a crowd favorite.
