DutchPax started under the shelter house to stay dry-ish did some cadence work to loosen up and let the tennis court lights get all fired up. We moseyed to the tennis courts where we ran two laps around the interior of the courts then returned to the shelter house and performed two exercises at 22 reps each. There was always an up button readily available for holding plank, Al Gore, V-Up, or just extra reps upon completion while waiting for the Six.
We got through our goal of 5 rounds. The work we did was a combination of: merkins, lunges, incline merkins, bonnie blaires, air squats, bbsu, box cutters, and some other random work.Finished with COR
