F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust

Warm up:
(20) 4ct SSH (40 total)

The Thang:

Set up cones 40 yards apart

Start as a group at one end.

Forty seconds of exercise followed by a forty yard dash during a twenty second interval between exercises. Use the few extra seconds for rest. Begin the next exercise at the alternating set of cones.
Order of exercises:
POGO – Peter Parkers, Outlaws (Clockwise), Gas Pumps, Outlaws (Counterclockwise)

BLIMPS – Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Squats

BOMBS – Bonnie Blairs, Overhead Claps, Merkins, BBSU, Side Straddle Hops

Repeato – POGO, BLIMPS, BOMBS

We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six, Announcements and a prayer.

Stalker was the six.

Announcements: H4H Playhouse Build goal is $6,000 to build two playhouses. Need 20 volunteers for June 2nd build. Lots of WC 2nd and 3rd F points available for this initiative. Mosaic has a dodgeball fundraiser opportunity. Details in Mumblechatter.
