The site is huge! Tennis courts, pavilion with picnic benches, parking lots, fields, small hill, and a gravel track . Also coming soon an all inclusive playground that we helped raise money for. This site has so many different options for a fun beatdown. Join us every Wednesday!

No FNG’s so right into Mission and Principles:
F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission – Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust

Ricky Bobby/Indigenous People’s Run/Indian run around the 0.7 mile gravel track.
Step Ups/Box Jumps on pavilion picnic tables during the song “So Much to Say” by Dave Matthews Band. Switch to dips during the chorus.
Circled up outside the picnic shelter for Side Straddle Hops to the song “Too Much” by DMB. Perform one squat for every “Suck it up” or “Too Much”.
Used the field inside the gravel track for Motor City Shuffle for the duration of the song “Detroit Rock City” by KISS. MCS is: lunge, lunge, merkin, plank jack, up to a frog hop and repeat.
Used the same location for Bearway to Heaven performed for the entire 8 minutes of “Stairway to Heaven” by Led Zeppelin. Bearway to Heaven was: Bear crawl suicides to each cone, perform a designated number of burpees then bear crawl back to the end line and then bear crawl to the next cone. 1st cone = 2 burpees, 2nd cone = 4 burpees, 3rd cone = 6 burpees, 4th cone = 8 burpees, 3rd cone, 2nd cone, 1st cone, etc.
“In The Plank Tonight” which is: hold plank for the entire song “In The Air Tonight” by Phil Collins.
Time was called and we circled up for:

Sharing of the six – Ringo – Hasn’t been out in a while but is grateful for this group and his dad’s (Mile High) encouragement to get back out. Got his name because he likes to play the drums.
Announcements: Convergence on Sept 11th at The Wall. Blood drive Oct 21. Rucktoberfest on October 9th. Capture the Flag ruck in Toledo on Sept 18th. Bourbon, Bambi, Venom 4 yr anniversary tomorrow (Sept 2nd) at The Wall. Mulch spreading event at Lial School on Sept 19th.
