Large park with running paths, soccer fields, playground, and parking lot for what can be an epic boot camp style beatdown!
We had 6 glorious men attend our beatdown!! They were Josh Lonzo Hoot, Jake Jenny Wittmer, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Josh Woodstock Brown, Jim Party On Gregory and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. Our beatdown consisted of 50 merkins and run to the parking lot from the shelter house and back; 50 Big Boy sit-ups and the run again; 50 decline merkins and run; 50 Freddy Mercury’s and run; 50 dips and run; 20 burpees and run; and 15 pull ups and run. Then you got to start over but all just started on merkins the second time but Party on finished them and the run.
