Inspired by a recent wokrout challegne from the Cleveland Area Rucking Crew (CARC), I integrated a workout from that March Madness challenge, and integrated it into a beatdown. The first Round of the beatdown was brought to you by CARC. However, that was 20 minutes. We did rounds of 10 minutes.
Round 1 for 10 minutes:
20 4 count overhead claps – proper form is arms dont go lower than a T.
10 jump lunges – 2 is 1
20 4 count front claps
10 4 count freddie mercuriesRound 2 – ten minutes
10 squats with block
10 merkins on block
10 curls
10 burpees which turned into manmakers with block, thanks to pax helpful suggestionsRound 3 – 10 minutes
20 LBC
20 4 count flutter kicks
20 american hammer – 2 is 1
20 mike tyson.Round 4 – 3 minutes remaining
