Large park with running paths, soccer fields, playground, and parking lot for what can be an epic boot camp style beatdown!
Eleven wonderful men had fun playing soccer this morning. We started with some light stretching and devided up into teams. During each quarter, the Q would blow a whistle and the pax would do a specific exercise. The first quarter was 20 reps of merkins. The second quarter was 20 reps of BB sit-ups, the third was 15 mike tysons and the fourth was 20 freddy mercury’s. We ended up with 100 reps of merkins, 80 BB sit-ups, 60 mike tyson’s and 100 freddy mercury’s. Attending was Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Josh Woodstock Brown, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Thomas Mercy Morrissey, Joseph Charlotte Parker, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier, Jake Jenny Wittmer, Dan Turkleton Neumeyer, Scott Barney Taylor and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble.
