Partnered up, work through 19 exercises with a sprint to the bucket in between each exercise. Ended up doing Ape Hops to the bucket and back to slow down some of the PAX. Here are the 19 movements. Also, PAX started with 19 poker chips and created F3 and threw away a chip after each round.
