We used the Rooster track for the 400. Lots of high effort from all, a number completed 3 rounds and were beginning the 4th and everyone were at least into their 3rd round.
We followed it up with a couple races to 100 (when 6 have finished 100 reps, everyone is done):

Flutter kicks
Imperial walkers
Pickle pounders
Monkey humpers
Ended in a COT
