We are going to start the forms and procedures to change Breaker’s name to Gang Box
We did the Murph again because it’s cool, fun, and probably the best workout. Way better than just running.
We listened to DMX for Lyman, but did change it after a while to the killers and ended with Nookie by limp bizkit.
COT: Viper traditionally was the 6. He mentioned his progress in doing the Murph through his time with F3, and how he definitely would not have done this on his own.
Footloose did the LDP3 on foundation 3 group part 1.
