Large park with running paths, soccer fields, playground, and parking lot for what can be an epic boot camp style beatdown!
We had 9 great men join us for the first day of March. They were Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Josh Woodstock Brown, Paul Gulliver Wiederhold, Steve Footloose Mohr, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Ben Rudy Hoipkemeir, Ran RocketMan ? and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. We started off with some warmup exercises and then we did the ten minute burpee challenge. This is where you do as many burpees as you can in ten minutes. We then ran around 1/2 way around the soccer fields to the shelter house. There we did a rotation of 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins and 30 Bigboy sit ups or freddy mercury’s and repeated the rotation until it was time to circle up.
