Born in Cornwall, NY 60 years ago today, five-time Olympic gold medalist Bonnie Blair was honored and celebrated in proper fashion at Camelot.
Blair’s best event was the 500m sprint, so after a short mosey down Providence Street to Adventure Spirits Distillery, we began our five stops where we performed work. We carried the “Olympic Flag” with us throughout. But, for safety reasons, we left the torch at the AO.
At the distillery we did a little warm up then performed two laps around concrete oval in high plank position and “plank walked” the circumference of the oval-approximately 20 m per lap.
Next, we performed a Burpee Line Dance. All pax held Al Gore while each pax, one at a time, performed one burpee.
We proceeded to mosey to four more locations, all 100 m apart where we would perform 2 different exercises for a total of 500 reps collectively, or 45 apiece.

We finished at the flag with a Bonnie Circle for 500 total reps.
