Work:
We start out in the middle in plank position. When the bell rang we ran to an outer cone and did 12 reps of an exercise then came back to the middle and planked until 45 seconds were up. Had a 15 break then ran to the next cone and repeated until you made it around the whole clock. Once 1 round was over everything was doubled
Ran into an issue with tabata timer in second round so we partnered up and that became our timer.
