• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

The Thang:
Four rounds of competition, using one team as the timer while the other team did work for points. We split into two teams. Some men were already exhausted from doing IronPAX prior to the workout; these guys seemed to be evenly distributed between the two teams. In each round, one team did 24 reps of an exercise while the other team two exercises, switching between the two, starting with 2 reps of exercise 1, 4 reps of exercise 2, 6 reps of exercise 1, 8 reps of 2, etc. Cumulative total of the last round completed was tallied for the score. Here are the rounds.
Round 1 Timer: 24 Burpees. Other team did Big Boi Sit-ups and American Hammers 2:1
Round 2 Timer: 24 Absolutions. Other team did Merkins and Superman Pull-backs
Round 3 Timer: 24 Lt. Dans. Other team did Jump Squats and Bonnie Blairs 2:1
Round 4 Timer: 24 Spider-Man Merkins. Other team did Pickle Pounders and Monkey Humpers.
Team 2 won rounds 1 and 3. Round 2 ended in a tie. Team 1 came back and blew away team 2 in Round 4 to win the total contest.
Ended with a round of Hurricane Hoedown (imported from Flop at N. Myrtle Beach last week). 5 each of hands up Flutterkicks, hands back Flutterkicks, normal Flutterkicks, and Flutterkicks with a crunch. Then do 4 of each, 3, 2, 1.

Thanks for the 16 who joined me, honored to lead! I shared a little in a COT, but F3 has really helped me stay super consistent with fitness over the last two years, pushing me past what I thought I could accomplish. A huge part of that is the push from all the quality men who come out each day! God bless.
