Cinnamons crushed it in about 25 minutes. YHC staggered in a couple minutes later…all the PAX pushed themselves to get better and we enjoyed motivational tunes from the musical ‘Hamilton’ to pass the time.

Big circle of cones, sandbags and blocks in the middle
Time will go off every 4 minutes for a new round.
Don’t get caught – if the person behind you catches you working at a cone, you go to the center and stay doing penalty burpees until the round is over.
Do work, run to middle and do work then run to cone and back to circle repeat.
Center (non-penalty) is 3 sandbag burbees or manmakers
