Mosey to C4 pole and back
The Thang:
30 reps of each exercise. Complete 3 exercices per round. Start at C7 pole. Run to C6 do 30 reps of first exercise. Run to C5 do 30 reps of 2nd exercise. Run to C4 pole do 30 reps of 3rd exercise. Run back to C7. Pick up 6. Start round 2 together.
