Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.

Warm up: 7 count Motivator
Set up cones at each corner of safety city. At each corner we would one of four exercises: Bobby Hurleys, Merkins, Big Boy Sit Ups, and Burpees. For the first round we did 15 Bobby Hurleys, Merkins, and BBS, and 1 Burpees. Next round we did 14 reps of the Bobby Hurleys, Merkins, and BBS, and 2 Burpees. Ect.
Our MOT between the exercises alternated between bear crawls and walking lunges.COR
