5K training for 8 weeks occurring From 2/18-4/8. Come and get some pointers on how to improve your running. Attendance at all is not required to join us. The start location will be at Grantland otherwise known as Perrysburg Rotary Community Park.
Not up for a ruck? Several PAX meet at The Necropolis to go for an invigorating 3-5 mile run.

Warmup: parking lot dynamic stretching
Mosey from Grantland to the Schutz overhang behind Levi’s off of Ft. Meigs. Circle up for a count. Run the loop behind Levi’s for 15-17 min at a 70% pace. Meet back by Schutz overhang at 6:07. Mosey back to Grantland for stretching and recovery.
