Run the Hill

Spaulding – Q
Long jog up hill and around the top
Suicide to lights (2 lights and up to the top)
Sprint up walk down
Jog up and around circle but stay up top
Reverse suicide start at the top
Walk down sprint up
Jog around circle back to the bottom
Suicide – start with 1 burpee and 1 burpee at each turn run hard the whole time
Slow jog up and around circle stay at the top
Reverse suicide
Walk down back petal up
Run circle and go to the bottom
Merkin hill run
Run the hill three full times and you must complete a total of 60 merkins
Stop and do any amount of merkins at any time
