Modeled after the 2024 week 4 IPC beatdown, "Maul's Backyard Burpee Beatdown". 5 minute rounds, start the round by running up the hill, do 30 of any ab exercise of your choice, run back down the hill, then do burpees into the end of the 5 minute timer. Repeat for 5 rounds.
Finished with a few minutes of a circle burpee.
