The Thing:
The workout consisted of the following
– 20 Big Boy Sit-ups at the base of the hill
– 10 Burpees at the top of the hill
– 10 Merkins at the top of the hill
– 25 Squats at the back of the hill
– Run back to the front of the hill
– Repeat
The COT:
In true Goldwing fashion, he surprised us with a watermelon party after the workout. I'm already looking forward to when he Qs again next year!
