Climbed the mountain with an ascending and descending rep count of the following exercises: Mountain Climbers (2:1), LBC, Lunges, American Hammers (2:1), Calf Raises. Rep Counts were 10, 20, 30, 40, 30, 20, 10. After each set of exercises we did a lap around the lot. There were random events that required 10 push ups each.
