The Thing:
We ran suicide sprints up and down the hill. Every time we got to the bottom of the hill we performed an exercise. The rep count was a power of 2 (2, 4, 8, 16) based on the cone that we were running to. On the final set we took a golf ball to the top of the hill, and put it in a bucket. We did this twice for each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises that we completed were Jungle Boys, Merkins, Bonnie Blairs, and Burpees.
