4 Rounds of exercises with corresponding modes of travel. Get as many reps as you can in 3 minutes with a 1 minute recovery.
Then repeat the 4 rounds of exercises.
The goal is to get more reps than the first round (to Get Over It)
Round 1) WW3 Sit ups (10), Hillbilly Hikers (far cone)
Round 2) Block Rows (20), Lunge Walk (short cone)
Round 3) Man Makers (10), Walk (far cone)
Round 4) C-P-R (10), Bear Crawl (short cone)
