Mission, Principles and Disclaimer given
Each person keeps track of their own level. If they win a round(whether it is by themselves or on a team) they move up a level. Pax on the highest level at the end is crowned King of the Hill
These were not exact but something similar
Level 1: 5 Squats, 5 Merkins, 5, LBC’s, 5 Curls
Level 2: 10 Squats, 10 Merkins, 10 LBC’s, 10 Curls
Level 3: 15 Squats, 15 Merkins, 15,LBC’s, 15 Curls
Level 4: 75 SSH
Level 5: 5 WW3, 5 Squat Thrusts
Level 6: 10 WW3, 10 Squat Thrusts
Level 7: 15 WW3, 15 Squat Thrusts
Level 8: 100 Curls
We did a lot of mix and matching. Some individual races, some pairs, teams of 4, teams of same level.
New Rules:
1. At ANY time, if someone can bear crawl and finish first, they move up 2 spots
2. Previous Kings need to fight for their space. If they ever drop below the first 3, they drop back a spot. BUT if they win outright on an individual competition, they can move up 2 spots.
