A recovery from the Raccoongaine Orienteering event Saturday. Walked around the building, stopping at each door and rolling the die.
1 = Arms, 2 = Legs, 3 = Abs, 4 = Stretch, 5 = Hold, 6 = you choose.
Roll again to determine exercise. Had 3 for each category, where 1 or 2 = first exercise, etc. Then for Arms, Legs, Abs, roll again where 1 or 2 = 10 reps, 3/4 = 20 reps, 5/6 = 30 reps. Stretch exercises were held for 5 breaths each. Hold positions, roll die and x 10 and hold for that count.
