This was a four corners workout. We did it on the tennis court. Sprint the long way of the tennis court to the first light for Lt Dan’s, bear crawl to the second light for Merkins, sprint the long way to the third light for squats, back to the beginning to the first light for big boy situps. We started with 13 reps at each light and worked our way down towards one until time completed.
