The Thang.
sweet sixteen bracket style workout. Seeds (1-16) faced off. Seeding indicated number of reps. Each round involved completing both exercises (i.e 1 seed was sprint down and back vs 16 seed LBC's) after each game 3 PAX shot free throw. If anyone made basket higher seed moved on, no makes lower seed moved on. Seeding below

After each round (4 total) suicides were completed. After each return to baseline a certain amount of an exercise was performed.
free throw and back: 4 reps
half court and back: 8 reps
other free throw and back: 12 reps
Other baseline and back: 16 reps

Round 2: Merkins
Round 3: Wojo's
Round 4: Monkey Humpers
Pax had a little struggle with lighting and free throws but ultimately the 10 seed Mt. Climbers won. However, it was close and some debate on the final ruling.
