The workout:

Using a small weight of 12 pounds or less, we did each round twice. The second time through we came up with a way to push the up button.

– Frog squats reach
– Arc press lunge
Round 3
– Hop overs
– Balance pull (2 sides)
– Twist and pivot
Round 4
– Side reach jump
– Crescent chair
– Globe squatters
