The Thang:
Just a ruck. Out toward the tracks and back. I got back a few minutes early, so I did the Fallout Finish when I got to the parking lot. Fallout Finish is lunge walking the parking lot, with rucksack. It’s not fun, it mostly hurts. I was glad I made myself Fallout Finish, It’s easy for me to throw out a challenge when there are other guys around, makes it fun. Challenging oneself is not as easy, alone in the Gloom, it’s easy to take the easy road.

A unique honor to lead this morning. I was about 95% certain I would be solo. We had 2 PAX who were sick & one in China for work. Glad I made myself get out there.
