We meet at Hood Park in Perrysburg on Sundays for a fun beatdown. Hill, stairs, the main drag in Perrysburg are all options on the table for something to do. Currently our only Sunday option.

    Mission and Principles
    F3: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission: To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it is always:
    -Open to all men
    -Always free
    -Always outdoors
-Led in a rotating fashion by a member of the PAX. You are the only one that knows your medical history so modify if needed.
-Ends with a Circle of Trust

Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.

Warmup: Willie Mays Hayes, pretzels (in cadence), grass grabbers (in cadence).

    The “Thang”

We ran a hill to determine who our partner was by how we finished. This exercise was meant for a partner to help with adversity since we can’t climb a mountain alone (same in life).

Ladder circuit of core workouts at the base of the mountain (at the bottom of the hill by the docks). After each round, we ran up the hill by first bear crawling in the grass, running up the stairs and rolled a cube of destiny which showed which workout you have to do at the top. The 5th time up was 100 jump ropes.

    Rounds included with blocks
    1 – 10 WW3SU
    2 – 10 WW3SU, 25 flutter kicks
    3 – 10 WW3SU, 25 flutter kicks, 25 merkens
    4 – 10 WW3SU, 25 flutter kicks, 25 merkens, 25 Gob Squats
    5 – 10 WW3SU, 25 flutter kicks, 25 merkens, 25 Gob Squats, 50 American Hammers

Past the 5th round, we did the rounds in reverse 4, 3, 2, 1 to come back down the mountain.

We had a couple of teams get to the top but nobody was able to get all the way down in time.

    Ended with:
    Count-O-Rama: 16
    Name-O-Rama

    The Six – Capitol

    Prayer

We climb mountains everyday of different variations in life. Whether it be at work, family, friends but we all need someone to help us on the way to make us better. Examples could constructive criticism, different perspective or even a compliment. I am so appreciative of all the team members that showed up for my VQ.

    Cochise – Audioslave
    Believe – The Bravery
Every little thing counts – Janus Stark

    The Thang: SWAMPBALL!

Family friendly game, with five 2.0’s present. It made for a competitive game that incorporated some pauses for coaching. Thank you for embracing our 2.0’s to show them how men can balance fierce competition with grace and compassion!

Pennies won the game 11-8 in a game that was not as close as the score shows. Snakebite was high scorer, but may need a name change to Cherry-bite or Snake-Picker.

FNG: 7 yo Miles shows up and casually scores 3 goals, earning the name Hat-Trick

    AYE!
