Flo (Q)Five two man teams took turns dragging two cinder blocks connected by a heavy metal chain and tow strap up the hill while the remaining teams rotated from cone to cone performing two upper or lower body exercises followed by two core exercises as the sled team returned down the hill to the starting point.
